This beautiful apartment in Hofheim am Taunus (20 minutes to Frankfurt Airport) is newly renovated and equipped with all objects of daily use. The bathroom is also new and has underfloor heating, a washing machine and even a dryer. In the bedroom there is a large 1.80m bed, which is designed for up to 2 people. The living room is harmoniously furnished and instantly makes you feel at home. Furthermore, the kitchen has everything you need, from cups, pots, plates to a microwave. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the apartment, it is pleasantly bright and, with its high ceilings (up to ~ 3.50m), appears very airy. So, all you need to bring is your suitcase to set yourself up in this beautiful environment. The apartment is located between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt and is only 7 minutes away from the highways A3 & A66. Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is only 20 minutes away by car and therefore perfect for business travellers. Enclosed you will find a small list of the equipment: - Completely new bathroom, including underfloor heating - New, light laminate flooring in the whole apartment - All walls freshly painted white - New electrical appliances: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher - New furnishings: living room, bedroom, workstation, kitchen Please note that if a couple / 2 people rent the apartment, an additional 60EUR will be added to the monthly rent, to cover for increased electricity, water and heating consumption....
